St. Mary of Huntley Knights of Columbus Council 11666 operates out of Parker Hall, located in the basement of the old St. Mary Church on Woodstock Street. The Huntley Council was founded in 1995 through the efforts of George Gow. The Huntley Council works closely with St. Mary Catholic Church in Huntley, providing funds for various projects. The Huntley Knights meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Officers meet on the second Tuesday of each month.
