Campaign for People With Intellectual Disabilities
Each September, the Knights participate in the national Campaign for People With Intellectual
Disabilities, known locally as the "ID Drive." The campaign is a fund-raiser in which Knights
collect donations outside stores and on street corners, and in appreciation, donors receive
a candy bar, often a Tootsie Roll. Money raised through the ID Drive is used to support programs
that support area residents with intellectual disabilities.2011 ID Drive: September 16-18 If you can help, email Gary Radaszewski at garkarrad@comcast.net or Don Moore at recorder@huntleyknights.org. |
